Finding our way
Thirty Percy is on a journey, searching for collaborative, imaginative and unexpected ways to contribute to the world’s wellbeing and future security.
We don’t pretend to have all the answers. So, we’re keen to meet people and build partnerships with other funders, individuals and organisations who share our entrepreneurial spirit.
Courage will be key. We’re ready to try new things and we’re prepared to fail as long as we learn.
Smart with a heart
We’ve a track-record of relational grant-making. We’ve also co-created companies, disrupted markets and enjoyed commercial success. Success built on imagination and collaboration.
Our work is a reflection of our values of care, performance and wisdom. Our values guide us in working towards answering the question of how best to achieve our purpose.
Percy Street, London will soon be our new home where we hope the spirit of our historical neighbours, renowned artists, writers and artisans who also collaborated, thought imaginatively and did the unexpected will inspire our actions.
Thinking before funding
We’re finding our way, working out how we can best contribute. But we know for certain we won’t operate an open, general fund. So, please don’t spend valuable time writing to us for funding. Your letter will likely go unanswered.
Our programme of work has started which we will update on our latest page.
Meet some of our partners
Courage of convictions
Good governance is critical to the success of all foundations. It increases legitimacy and builds trust among audiences. But governance must go beyond ensuring sound leadership and fostering transparency.
Our governance challenges us to achieve our purpose – and holds us to our values – to care, perform and find wisdom.

Meet the team
We’re a community of individuals united by purpose and driven by the power of our values, what we call our superpowers.
