Farming The Future
Farming the Future, a grant-making collaboration supporting organisations working together in UK regenerative and agroecological farming, has awarded grants to a further 16 projects through its Year 2 grantpool.
The projects cover a range of local and national issues, including raising awareness of the continuing risks posed by genetically modified crops and food, supporting small-scale farmers, creating access to land for a greater diversity of communities, developing and testing agroforestry techniques and ensuring environmental standards are maintained or strengthened following the end of the Brexit departure transition period.
Farming the Future is a collaborative fund supported by Thirty Percy, the Samworth Foundation, the Roddick Foundation and the A Team Foundation.
More information on the projects funded in Year 2 can be found here.
